There are several reasons why a return may be refused:
- For obvious hygiene and public health reasons, any item that has been used, opened, or shows signs of use cannot be refunded.
- Any item deemed damaged or incomplete may be refused or only partially refunded.
- If multiple items are ordered and the customer wishes to use the guarantee, only unused and eligible items (see Section C) may be returned.
- The refund will then be calculated on a pro-rata basis, depending on the number of returned items relative to the original order.
