Can I modify my order after placing it?
A modification is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by our logistics team.
How to proceed:
- Contact our customer service as soon as possible
- Fill out the contact form (Submit a request) and clearly indicate that your request concerns an Issue with my order
- Specify exactly what you’d like to change (product, size, shipping address, etc.)
Important Notes:
- Please reach out as quickly as possible after noticing the error. Some orders may be prepared within just a few hours.
- While our support team does its best to respond promptly, we cannot guarantee the change will be processed in time, especially during peak periods.
- Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, no changes can be made.
